Appearance:

Adults usually up to 2' in length. Slender snake with snall narrow head. Dark brown to gray back with three indistinct black lines and yellow strip on the side. Off white belly.

Notes:

Loves crayfish and usually found near water or other wet areas where crayfish are abundant. Often found in branches overhanging streams.
